Nutrition & Workout Program

Right at your fingertips will be everything you need to be successful at your plan.  No more searching throught channels, emails or documents.  Either from your phone, tablet, or computer, you will have access to easy-to-follow programs.  You can communicate with me, view your workout plan, nutrition plan, submit weekly updates (weight, pictures, measurements, etc.) all in one convenient place. 

If you are looking for more guidance with nutrition and workouts, then this Nutrition & Workout plan is the most beneficial for clients.  From my experience clients who choose to combine a nutrition plan and a workout plan together obtain maximum results. 

This program is for if you never used a meal plan, need assistance building a meal plan, if you want to track macros, or if you want to try out some of my favorite dishes.  Lots of one-on-one communication, more updates to meal plans and updates to work out plans with additional check ins to optimize results.

Each week we will do a check in to accustom to each other and navigate which meal plan you would more likely to follow based on what is realistic for you to maintain long term.  I will provide custom meal plans according to the foods you like, and eventually as we grow so will the meal plan; which will be a plan that is more sustainable to follow for the rest of your life.  We will develop healthy habits that will not only get you to your desired results, but habits that you can be happy you have moving forward in life.

I will be available to support via messenger on the fitness app and weekly check-ins to keep us accountable (we are in this together).  When it comes to adjustment of either the meal plans or workout plans, they will be made when necessary. For example, if a plan isn’t working with your schedule, lifestyle, or maybe your body isn’t responding well, or if you have hit a plateau.  Please be sure to keep consistent communication with me.  

From my experience, clients see the best results when they consistently ask questions, check in weekly, and follow their plan to the best of their ability.  Transparency and great communication are the key to success; and there is no difference when following this lifestyle plan and working together.  In order for me to make adjustments to your plan, you will need to be responsible by sending in weekly weigh-ins and progress photos (Front/back/side poses)
