Nutrition Only with Check-ins

My nutrition plan is beneficial for clients who are new to tracking macros as well as those who are familiar with tracking macros.  The ideal client for this plan is someone who questions what to eat, needs help with a structured plan and/or learn how to start tracking macros.  Every month you will work on an updated structured plan and changes to your plan can be made as necessary. 

I will be available to support via messenger on the fitness app and weekly check-ins to keep us accountable (we are in this together).  When it comes to adjustment of either the meal plans or workout plans, they will be made when necessary. For example, if a plan isn’t working with your schedule, lifestyle, or maybe your body isn’t responding well, or if you have hit a plateau.  Please be sure to keep consistent communication with me.  

 

 

From my experience, clients see the best results when they consistently ask questions, check in weekly, and follow their plan to the best of their ability.  Transparency and great communication are the key to success; and there is no difference when following this lifestyle plan and working together.  In order for me to make adjustments to your plan, you will need to be responsible by sending in weekly weigh-ins and progress photos (Front/back/side poses)
